Features
Its main features are a wireless charger so that the user's phone never runs out of battery, a V-shaped slot for magazines and books, a sliding door, and the modularity of the two pieces which compose the nightstand. In addition, the upper table can be used separately from the bottom drawer, allowing the user to have creative freedom and endless arrangement possibilities inside the house.
Materiality
The bottom piece (drawer) is entirely made out of wood, and the table is supported by steel legs. These materials are light and resistant to any kind of task the user wants to give them. Changing the materials for further development can provide the product with a more luxurious look or implement recycled ones to lower the price of the final design product. Overall this design was inspired by the unconscious necessity of order close to the bed, where the user usually stores the essential things to have a good night's sleep.
