About Esteban Poblano
I’m Esteban Poblano, an industrial designer and founder of CONCEPTS, a studio that has collaborated with a variety of nationally recognized brands. My work and unique design approach have been acknowledged by clients and the public alike.
Based in Toronto, I’m a recent graduate of Industrial Design from the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U), where I focused on developing an individual design perspective that brings everyday objects to life in new and meaningful ways. My passion lies in creating designs that address real-world challenges and improve people’s lives.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the honor of participating in the D&AD New Blood Design Award and receiving several recognitions, including the Nora E. Vaughan Award for Industrial Design and the User-Centric Design Award presented by ACIDO at the Rocket Competition. I also showcased my work at the DesignTO 2022 exhibition, an experience that fueled my determination to keep pushing boundaries in design.
My inspiration comes from minimalism and the belief that less is more. I’m fascinated by how the objects that surround us shape our daily experiences and behaviors. Through my designs, I strive to create a genuine sense of attachment between people and the products they use, crafting thoughtful solutions that have a positive impact on their lives.

Developed the visual identity for a Mexican coffee brand, translating its values into a strong logo, brand personality, and a distinctive graphic system designed to unify all brand touchpoints.

Led the design of multiple samples for a Mexican clothing brand, bringing concepts through to print and retail. Developed a cohesive design portfolio aligned with the brand’s vision to enhance its market presence.
